Pricing

Simple, predictable pricing. No surprises.

You pay one flat monthly fee, priced around the number of users and devices we look after. It stays fixed for your term, so you can budget with confidence.

How it works

One fee covers the whole service list.

We keep pricing as clear as our service. That fee covers everything in our service list — unlimited support, monitoring, backups, security, and more.

Everything on the Services page is included: unlimited remote help desk, 24/7 monitoring, daily backups with an offsite copy, security updates and antivirus, password management, the spare-computer program, and quarterly planning — all in one predictable amount.

The details

What you are agreeing to.

One flat monthly fee
Priced per user and per device. Add a user or a device and we simply add that line; remove one and it comes off. No renegotiation.
A one-time setup fee
At the start, we assess your systems, install our tools, harden your security, set up your password tools, and document everything.
A 12-month term
Then month-to-month at the same rate. Either side can make a change with 60 days' notice.
Extra work is always quoted first
New computer setups, migrations, on-site visits, and projects have clear rates, and you approve the cost before we begin.

A fair question

Why there are no prices on this page.

Every business is a little different — how many people you have, how many computers and servers, what's already in place.

Rather than a one-size number, we give you a real quote built around your setup. It takes a short conversation.

Pricing FAQ

Questions we get asked first.

Is support really unlimited?
Yes. Remote help during business hours is included in your monthly fee, no matter how many times you call.
Will my fee change during the term?
Not as long as your users and devices stay the same. If you grow or shrink, only the affected line changes. Fees can be adjusted at renewal, with plenty of notice.
What isn't included?
Big projects and on-site work outside the standard scope — office moves, new construction, major software changes, and damage from events like floods or fire. We always quote these before starting.
What happens if we leave?
Your data is yours. We hand back all passwords, documentation, and backups, then securely erase your data from our systems.
